Hi. I’m Jordan.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based practices. My technique is generally grounded in cognitive behavioural and strengths-based theory aimed at empowering individuals while teaching them the skills to achieve lasting change and fulfillment in their lives. However, I also use an eclectic approach drawing on multiple theoretical orientations and techniques to adapt and customize treatment to the unique needs of each individual.

With experience as a Registered Nurse working with individuals struggling with mental health and addiction in the community and inpatient setting, I bring valuable knowledge and skill helping individuals navigate life's challenges that exist within various contexts including depression, anxiety, substance use, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and crisis.
